These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Beamup at https://trybeamup.app. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Beamup provides automated lighting enhancement for images intended for online marketplace listings and similar uses. The service is offered on a subscription basis with a limited free trial (see Pricing).
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@trybeamup.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and billing
- Beamup Pro is $5/month after a 24-day trial (card required at trial start).
- There is no permanent free tier — an active trial or subscription is required to enhance images.
- Payments are processed by Stripe via our billing partner Autumn. Fees are billed in advance according to your plan.
- You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
Your content
You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process those images solely to provide the service. You must have the rights to use and process any content you upload.
You agree not to upload content that:
- Violates law or third-party rights
- Contains malware or attempts to disrupt the service
- Is abusive, illegal, or otherwise harmful
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service (e.g., automated scraping, circumventing access controls, or excessive load). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the service or others.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Enhanced images are generated by automated processing; we do not guarantee specific creative outcomes, marketplace or listing performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing results before publishing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beamup and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Beamup operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
